デビットカードチャージ分でも
警告出て送金できなくなったから
問い合わせたら回答来たわ。
過去にkyashとかプリペイドでチャージして出金できちゃってた分を相殺できる額を超えてチャージしないとダメみたい。

If you were previously able to transfer money or withdraw cash from ATMs using balances topped up by credit card or prepaid card, you may have to top up more than the required balance with your debit card or bank account in order to offset this and be able to transfer or withdraw funds again.
